How to pairing cheese and wine correctly?

There is no more perfect combination than that of cheese and wine. These two are made for each other. Gruyere. The Pinot Noir or Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect wine to taste with this cheese.

Gouda. It combines perfectly with a Merlot or with sparkling wines.

Camembert or Brie. For this cheese, we recommend wines that soften the flavor of the cheese. Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay

Blue cheese. How much stronger and saltier, much better this cheese. You could enjoy the blue cheese with a Riesling or a Zinfandel.

Cheddar. Cabernet Sauvignon.

Ricotta. Pinot Grigio.
